SUFFERING FROM SINUSITIS… ME TOO; TRY THIS RELIEF YOGA WAY

This has had been problem for me for quite long. Have had cold frequently with mild change in weather.

I guess this has had been problem for many. But, this has had been out of my way for quite long now with a very simple way.

ANULOM VILOM YOGA: Also known as alternate breathing technique, sit in sukhasana and with blocking your right nostril, inhale from left nostril. Then, exhale from right nostril with left nostril blocked by a finger. Then after inhaling from right nostril with left nostril blocked, exhale from left nostril with right nostril blocked.  Blocking of nostrils may be performed with your left hand’s finger over your nose.

In your morning and evening schedule, give at least 10 minutes to perform this activity repeatedly. This will keep you out of problem from catching this cold.

It is recommended to consult your medical aide before following any suggestions.
