Anxiety and panic disorders are now getting  common as effect of many illnesses like diabetes, multiple sclerosis and other neurological disorders to name a few. This is also a case with Social Anxiety Disorder.

Here there is a recommendation to wave it off with not much effort.

For this, you have to tilt yourself a little bit towards a wall resting on both hands. Then, try to do small pushups with small effort in standing position maybe about a set of 10.
